Doctor Milena Popović from the Emergency Service said that during the night of Saturday there were again problems with minors in an alcoholic state.
She pointed out for RTS that such a situation repeats itself from weekend to weekend.
"We really drive 15-16-year-old children, whether male or female, to the VMA in a state of heavy drunkenness," added Popović.
By the way, during the last weekend, doctors on duty from the VMA stated that they had cases of severe drunkenness of minors.
This topic attracted the attention of the public after twelve children were admitted to the Military Medical Academy in the middle of February in a severe alcoholic condition.
After that, the Higher Public Prosecutor's Office created a case to determine all the circumstances of this case, according to a statement from this institution.
The chief public prosecutor of the VJT in Belgrade, Nenad Stefanović, ordered that those responsible be identified and, in cooperation with the police, determine the circumstances of this case, after which a decision will be made on the qualification of the criminal offense and the prosecution of the perpetrators.
"VJT will inform the public in a timely manner about the outcome of the collected information," the statement concluded.
