What is all, forensically, unusual in events from the recording which shows the vehicle of the President of Serbia, Aleksandar Vučić, on com a tire bursts, which, then, in the media controlled by the government, is shown as "sabotage"?
Veselin Medojević, a retired Military Police officer and expert in this field, wrote about this case on his social networks.
"The vehicle with the president first moves from its traffic lane to the middle of the highway, as if preparing for an event, and looks for a position from which the driver will reduce the already small risk of falling off the road. "The driver seems to be expecting a tire blowout," Medojević points out.
Then, as this expert writes, the person who was sitting in the passenger seat of the vehicle in which the president is in immediately approaches the rear left wheel, knowing in advance what is being done and which wheel is being worked on. He doesn't look at the other wheels at all; does not visually control the vehicle in any way.
Without observing the surroundings
Another unusual situation occurred when everyone got out of the vehicle without observing the surroundings, which, as Medojević says, is the first activity of securing a highly protected person, especially if the event was not expected.
"Stopping at an unplanned place requires checking the terrain by observation. "The security, however, behaves as if the stop is taking place at the planned place - they do not observe anything, even when they later open the door of the vehicle for the president to get out," explains the retired officer.
He also talks about how it is extremely rare for a tire to burst in this way, for the entire tire to fall off, "especially on vehicles that are regularly serviced, inspected, regularly changed tires and most certainly do not use cheap tires."
The President's strange behavior
Then, he explains that the behavior of the President of Serbia himself is strange. He gets out of the car without asking or explaining, even though no one tells him anything, the president somehow knows what happened and what he needs to do.
"The president especially knows that he should change to another vehicle, even though no one tells him or instructs him to do so," Medojević writes.
He also adds that Vučić gets out of the car fully prepared, dressed, even with a pre-buttoned coat.
