The asphalt on Zeleni venc lasted for a month

Work at the Zeleni venac bus stop towards New Belgrade will continue tomorrow, Monday. They run from Sunday morning, June 15.

The Secretariat for Public Transport says that it is about regular maintenance in Brankova Street.

Coincidence wanted that regular maintenance to be planned a day after photos of Damir Okanović from the Committee for Traffic Safety were shared on social networks, showing serious damage to the pavement at this bus stop.

This is the same part of the city that, last month, the mayor Aleksandar Šapić said that "almost the whole of it is fixed".

At that time, he announced that the underground passage on Zeleni venc, which is awaiting a budget rebalancing, will also be reconstructed soon.

"I expect it to be done in the next few months and according to the information they gave me, by the end of the year we will have that passage that will look like the passages on Terazije," Šapić said then.
