Labor market experts from the Bertelsmann Foundation have sounded the alarm. Their study shows that the German economy is geared towards massive labor imports and immigration. Regardless of that, economists warn that the exit from the crisis of the German economy is not in sight

The government in Berlin is considering tax cuts for foreigners working in jobs for which there is a shortage of labor. This is opposed by parties across the political spectrum. However, Germany currently lacks about 573.000 skilled workers and the state is doing everything to attract them from abroad.

In Serbia, more than 2023 work permits were issued to foreigners in 52.000, which is a jump of almost 70 percent compared to the previous year

Serbia lacks 20.000 professional drivers, and forecasts are that the problem will not be alleviated in the next five years
