City manager Miroslav Čučković said that "every day" the number of people in Belgrade who, according to the new system, pay for city transport by "text" messages has increased. The Center for Local Self-Government, on the other hand, says that the collection volume is half of what it was before May and that more time is needed for a deeper analysis.
