New EP rapporteur for Serbia: After "Serbian lobbyist" Bilčik, "Serb-hater" Picula

On Tuesday, during the plenary session in Strasbourg, Croatian MEP Tonino Picula was appointed as the permanent rapporteur of the European Parliament for Serbia. Characterized as a "Serb-hater" in the media close to the government, he inherits his predecessor Vladimir Bilčik, who, on the contrary, earned the title of "SNS lobbyist" during his mandate.
