US President Donald Trump announced today (June 13) that the United States will sign tomorrow Memorandum of Understanding with Iran, while earlier today, the spokesman of the Iranian Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Esmail Bagei stated the opposite.
As President Trump stated on the Istina social network, the Memorandum will completely prevent Iran from developing nuclear weapons and will lead to the opening of the Strait of Hormuz immediately after signing.
The agreement should be signed tomorrow, Trump said, adding that the US relationship with Iran is now "much different and better" than under previous administrations.
He stressed that as part of the new deal, "no money will change hands," unlike the Obama administration, which "paid hundreds of billions of dollars, including $1,7 billion in cash," to Iran.

"At the appropriate time, when everything calms down, we will go in and take the nuclear dust, buried deep under the great ruined mountains, thanks to our beautiful B-2 bombers and their brilliant pilots, and then we will dilute it and destroy it, either in Iran or in the United States," Trump said.
However, earlier today, Iranian Foreign Ministry spokesman Esmail Baghei said the signing of the MoU "will not happen tomorrow", despite suggestions from a key Pakistani mediator that it should happen.
"The possibility of this happening in the coming days is not excluded, but due to the instability of the other side, we must be careful with any statements regarding this process," Baghei said, according to Iran's Tasnim news agency.
Pakistan's Ministry of Foreign Affairs also said that the electronic signing ceremony of the memorandum "is scheduled for tomorrow".
