The Popemobile is going to Gaza.

One of the vehicles that the late head of the Catholic Church, Pope Francis, used during his talks with the faithful has been converted into a health station, the aim of which is to help Palestinian children in the Gaza Strip, the Vatican announced.

It is known how much Pope Francis grieved over the suffering in The Gaza Strip. Every evening, he called a small Roman Catholic church in the middle of Gaza to ask how they were doing.

Therefore, one of his wishes was that the vehicle, which he used in 2014, during his visit to the Holy Land, be equipped with diagnostic devices, in order to help Palestinian children.

The United Nations Children's Fund reported that in the Gaza Strip this year more than 9.000 children were admitted to hospitals due to malnutrition, according to Reuters.
