Ministry of Interior Montenegro on Thursday it promised a cash reward of 500.000 euros for information and information containing data relevant to the direct location, finding and arrest of a citizen of that country Radoja Zvicer (42), for whom a red international warrant was issued Interpol.
The Swiss are charged with the following crimes: creation of a criminal organization, aggravated murder, murder, aggravated murder by incitement, attempted murder by incitement, unauthorized production, possession and distribution of narcotic drugs, illegal possession of weapons and explosives, and money laundering.
The notification is considered credible if it cumulatively meets the conditions that it contains accurate and verifiable data that enable the location and arrest of the person, that it directly contributed to the operational activities of the police and that it is of decisive importance for a successful arrest, the Montenegrin MUP announced.
In order to facilitate direct, confidential and institutionally protected communication, the notification, as stated, is delivered by personal address exclusively to the director of the Police Directorate and/or the assistant director responsible for fighting crime and/or the head of the Special Police Department.
The notification must be announced in advance in order to schedule an appointment for a direct conversation on the following numbers: 020 241-964 (director of the Police Directorate), 020 245-020 (assistant director responsible for fighting crime) and 020 674-985 (chief of the Special Police Department).
Sentenced to 40 years
The decision on the payment of the reward, based on the processing and evaluation of the credibility of the submitted notification, is made by the Government of Montenegro, at the proposal of the Ministry of Internal Affairs, taking into account the principle of fairness, the announcement stated.
The right to a reward does not belong to the person who had the information available to the Police Directorate, to police officers and members of their immediate family, as well as to persons who in any way participated in the commission of criminal acts for which an international warrant was issued.
The police administration calls on citizens who have relevant and verifiable information that can contribute to the finding and arrest of Switzer to submit it to the competent authorities in the prescribed manner.
The higher court in Podgorica recently sentenced Zviter in absentia to 40 years in prison for aggravated murder and other crimes.
Zvicer has been on the run for years, and is considered the leader of the Kavac clan, which is considered one of the two most powerful Montenegrin criminal clans, along with the Skaljar clan.
