The award for the quality of the online user experience is of particular importance in this year's awards.
Jelena Aksiฤ, a member of the Executive Board of Raiffeisen Bank Serbia, said that the development of digital solutions is based on connecting technology with the specific needs of users:
"Especially for small and medium-sized companies, the digitization of banking services is of particular importance, because simpler access to financial products and more efficient management of daily business can directly affect the time and resources that companies can direct to the development of their own business," says Jelena Aksiฤ.

Marko Banoviฤ, in charge of this segment at Raiffeisen Bank Serbia, said:
"They don't have time for complicated processes. Their owners and teams manage sales, finance, employees and business development at the same time, which is why the bank must be a partner that simplifies things and not introduces additional complexity. Our goal is to leave them more time for what is most important - their work," Banoviฤ said.
In this year's Global Finance magazine selection, Raiffeisen Bank was recognized in the key areas of modern digital banking aimed at the economy - from SME and mobile banking to innovation, user experience, currency conversion and cash management.
