What unites Vučić's interior ministers? To whom in Mup can a citizen report a mobster after the Milić case? What did Dacic tell Vucic in a twisted and progressive-politically-correct way? Why is the lead rule valid in regime circles that with gold in the left hand, a gun must be in the right? And why the former chief is not the cause of the professional, moral and any other failure of the police, but its consequence
"Until then, I don't feel guilty and I don't think about resigning," said Radmilo Bogdanović, then Minister of the Interior, after the demonstration on March 9, 1991.
"Why should I offer my resignation because of that? I bear no guilt in that regard, nor did I participate in those criminal acts," he said. Ivica Dacic ten days after opening the case Veselin Milić (see page 10).
Both ministers came from SPS. Just as Bogdanović did not personally beat him in 1991, neither did Dacic sit with the mobsters in the restaurant "27" and remove traces of the crime.
That's what their subordinates do. Dacic is right - he really has no criminal responsibility. But there are political and moral ones as well. Under public pressure, Bogdanović resigned on May 30, 1991. He was the first and last minister of the interior to do so since the restoration of the multi-party system.
Dacic does not think of resigning. It is also possible that Vučić won't give it to him - where now, black Ivice, when the whole country is on its feet and waiting for the elections like a cold sun. Admitting a mistake and accepting responsibility for the progressive regime is the same as showing weakness. Do you know who they are?

Under Aleksandar Vučić the ministers of the interior belong to people of a special breed.
Known to readers from the past, Dacic became "the first man of the police" for the first time in 2008. So, for Boris Tadić. Before the beginning of his mandate, he had the "Suitcase" affair - the arrest of Vladimir Zagrađanin, SPS marketing director with 100.000 euros in cash - and ended it with a scandal due to his meeting with Miša Banan, later a fugitive member of Darko Šarić's drug clan. He then became prime minister in a coalition government with progressives and proudly assigned himself the same position he had in Mirko Cvetković's cabinet.
Dačić was succeeded by Nebojša Stefanović. He did not come to the position of Minister of Internal Affairs unprepared - he had the "Diploma Purchase" scandal behind him. During his mandate there was anything and everything. Vučić did not blame the "Krušik" affair - the minister's father Branko suddenly became a prominent arms dealer - nor the strengthening of Veljko Belivuk's gang. Stefanović was only sawed off when he formed his own center of power in Mup. And the boss doesn't forgive that.
Then Aleksandar Vulin became the Minister of Internal Affairs. That one just had a past job. Here, it is worth highlighting the "Aunt from Canada" affair, from which he allegedly borrowed 205.000 euros in cash for the purchase of an apartment and the digging of radishes and cucumbers in Jovanjica, Predrag Koluvija's fur plantation. Vulin stayed in Mup for a short time - after two years he was appointed director of Bija. There I covered the American sanctions and the unsung scandal called "Banjska". They don't let him do anything in public right now.
After Vulin came Bata Gašić. He already had the "Helicopter" affair - seven people died in the crash of the aircraft - and a sexist outburst, and he left office in the shadow of the court testimony of inspector Dušan Mitić that he protected Jovanjica and tried to cover up the case at all costs. By the way, he shouted in the Parliament that Germany was hiding the killer of Oliver Ivanovic, so Vučić had to apologize to Berlin afterwards.
Finally, in 2024, Dacic closed the circle and returned to the position of Minister of the Interior. The public saw him on November 1 of the same year when he personally directed the removal of rubble and, as many think, evidential material after the fall of the canopy in Novi Sad. Then, in 2025/2006, the police under his leadership began to kill the god in the young and the old on the streets of Serbia.
POLITICAL BROTHERS AND BAG
All those ministers - and each of them stood out - succeeded in making the police a general danger. What kind, Ćaciland shows best. This is where Mup oversees and services the largest group of criminogenic persons in the open after the courtyard of the Central Prison.
A large part of those people behind the fence in Pionirski Park are used by the regime to attack peaceful demonstrators so that the police have a "reason" to beat students. And sometimes - there is every chance that it happened on May 23, after the imposing protest in Slavija - and they stage riots with the same intentions and consequences. Then the head of state and the whole of Ćaciland, the minister and the director of the police cynically speak on the screens about maintaining public order and peace... And so month after month, from protest to protest.
How can Mup be trusted with anything? Especially when police director Dragan Vasiljević deadpanned how there were 34.000 people in Slavia? This is an insult to common sense - both the participants of the meeting and everyone who watched the broadcast on N1 or Nova S. There is no need to waste words on the photos and recordings on social networks.
But Vaslijević is not interested in the truth. Even less the protection of the law. He said what Vučić told him or ordered him to say. The police director most likely does not understand what the problem is. It is a direct road to the restaurant "27", Veselin Milić and his partners.
When Mup is so childishly throwing around numbers that are easy to check, what about police work out of the public eye? The real question is therefore - to whom in Mup can a citizen report a mobster after the Milić case? He is not the cause of professional, moral and any other failure of the police, but its consequence.
The symbiosis of the regime, Mup and the mafia did not start yesterday. On the contrary - for a long time no one here knows who owes whom and what, what combinations are made and with whom, who is a "brother" and who is a "problem"... That's why in those circles the rule of thumb applies that with gold in the left hand, you must have a gun in the right. Veselin Milić knows everything about that.
THE STAFF SOLVE EVERYTHING
Dacic himself admitted some of this in a twisted and progressive-politically-correct way. After the resounding silence about the Milić affair, he said that the former head of the Belgrade police comes from "the circle of former police director Milorad Veljović, who was appointed by the Democratic Party." So - the famous "previous government".
Aside from the fact that Dacic was also the Minister of Internal Affairs at that time, and from the same position appointed both appointments when the progressives came to power, especially Milić's. There is something else hidden in this statement.
In fact, Dacic said that he does not manage his department. And you know who decides everything, including the police. So, Dacic in a free translation: "Vučić, Milić is your staff, not mine. You will not put him on my back."
With this, he hinted that other police chiefs "have their backs guarded" by strong people from the government. Let's say - the security duo Gašić-Vulin (BIA, defense, police). Maybe there is also brother Andrej Vučić, Vučević from Novi Sad, Glišić and some others. Indeed, Dacic did not replace the professionals in Mupa, nor did he bring super-loyalists to their positions. He couldn't, they didn't give it to him.
In this situation, the Minister of the Interior is not worried about the cover-up of the Milić case and the numerous open questions related to him. Clearing up this situation in Mup is not on his mind. The only thing Dacic is interested in is political survival.
Mentioning Veljović's milieu in that context is actually a teaser that the SPS leader has all kinds of knowledge. And she will also be a trump card for him that he can offer to everyone in the future dealing of political cards. So how do they fall.

This media experiment on live people actually violates ethical norms. Hardly any social psychologist would be licensed or have the conscience to conduct it on subjects, regardless of their consent with compensation. This is being done to us without our consent and for nothing
Young people are preparing, they are organized, they don't stop working and learning, they seem energetic and almost invincible. Among the elders there are doubts and fears despite their wishes, concerns accompanied by references to earlier experiences, as if it were not obvious that these student protests were organized and led better than any so far
There is, literally, no difference between the one who claims it is day in the middle of the night, or the one who claims to be a giraffe, from the claims we read on billboards: that Vučić is working to unify Serbs and that Serbia is doing better and better day by day.
The pre-election arrests due to the alleged "overthrow of the state" testify to the regime's panic. The bad news for them is - they can't arrest the whole people who decided to defend themselves from progressive beatings and election theft
The ring that tightens around Ćaciland Student list is getting narrower. Because there are more and more spoiled people who see the false prophet for what he is: a street obscener who is fighting Serbia
