The festival that was born out of student protests in 2000, In 2025, he symbolically closed his gates in Novi Sad - precisely because of the support for students. Nevertheless, Montenegrins are already rubbing their hands in the money from tourism that EXIT will bring them, as it has brought to Novi Sad for years. because from next weekend it will be held on their beaches.
The program starts at Velika Beach in Ulcinj, where introductory programs will be organized from July 1 to 3, and the main festival program at this location will be held from July 3 to 6. The main stars of the first part of the festival program in Ulcinj will be Argy, Jamie Jones, Maceo Plex, Monolink, Stephan Bodzin, Awen, Deer Jade, Lanna and Space Motion.

Montenegro - a new destination of music tourism
There is a possibility that the final effect will be even greater, bearing in mind the tourist character of Montenegro and the fact that visitors to such events often stay several days before and after the festival itself.
When asked what Montenegro will get from the Festival, and what Ulcinj and Velika plaža will get, Tomanović said that with this project, Montenegro gets strong international promotion and an opportunity to position itself as one of the leading destinations for music and event tourism in Europe.
He pointed out that it is not about a few festival days, but a wider effect on tourism, accommodation, hospitality, transportation, local services, creative industries and promotion of the destination.
"It is particularly important for Ulcinj that the event is organized in the period of the so-called 'July hole', when there is room to additionally launch the tourist season. Velika plaža is gaining global visibility not only as a beach, but as a unique space that combines the sea, wind, kite culture, nature and music. Earlier announcements of the project particularly emphasize the goal of extending the season, the development of music tourism and the expected contribution to the domestic tourism economy," he added.
The daytime program will be organized on the beaches "Nomade Beach Club", "Kiteloop", "Ka'banya" and "San Marco Beach", while the main night festival program will be held at "Nomade Beach Club" from July 3 to 6.
The planned event is being realized about 2,5 kilometers from the Bojana River and the Quiet Zone.
Tomanović emphasized that preparations for the festival are in full swing and are taking place in coordination with the relevant institutions, local government, security services, utility services and partners in the field.
"From the beginning, we were aware that Velika plaža and Ulcinj have infrastructure challenges, especially when it comes to access roads, traffic, communal capacities and technical conditions, which is why the organization is approached very carefully and planned. This is precisely why the program is held at the beginning of July, during the so-called 'July hole', outside the peak season and the period of the biggest summer crowds," said Tomanović.
In parallel, he added, detailed organizational, security and traffic plans were made, so that the arrival and departure of visitors, supply, movement of teams, functioning of the space and complete logistics would be as efficient as possible.
Free parking will be provided for visitors in the area of Gornji Štoj next to the highway (airport), from where people will be continuously transported to the site and back with a "symbolic compensation".
Also, during the festival days, a specially organized traffic regime will be in force, in accordance with the instructions of the competent services. Also, VIP parking will be available to visitors, as well as additional services and amenities for an even more pleasant festival experience.
