Marking 30 years since the death of one of our greatest playwrights of the 20th century, Aleksandar Popović, whose first plays were performed right on the stages of Atelier 212, a play will premiere at the beginning of the seventieth season A whole life in a year for which the text was written by Nina Plavanjac and Vida Davidović based on the motives of Ace Popović's TV series of the same name, and which was directed by Stevan Bodroža!

Revolutionary in form, but also in content for that time, this series exudes unusual modernity even in today's context. The gallery of characters who all struggle with loneliness in their own way, and try to achieve authentic human contact, made it possible to create a play that speaks in satirical tones about the eternal need of man to find himself in another, about the search for another human being and togetherness.

In the lives of Živka and Živka and Slađana and Mirko, there is a lot of space for conversation, there is a lot of space for politics, for (im)ethics, but very little for love. Their lives spring in the blink of an eye: from fatal loves, big dreams and revolutionary impulses, through the conflict of ideals and compromises, to the moment when there is no more time to avoid answers to the questions: how did we spend our life?
The play features: Goran Jevtić, Jelena Trkulja, Jelena Petrović, Vladislav Mihailović, Nevena Ignjatović and Relja Janković.
The author of the scenography is Milica Bajić Đurov, the costume designer is Tatjana Radišić, the stage movement is done by Isidora Stanišić, the assistant for stage speech is Dr. Dijana Marojević, and the organizer is Boško Radonjić

On the day of the premiere, September 18, there will be an exhibition dedicated to our famous playwright Aleksandar Popović, with whom the Atelje 212 theater, together with the most famous generation of actors, created its distinctive style and spirit. The exhibition will be installed in the upper foyer of Atelje 212.
The premiere is on September 18 on the "Peter Kralj" stage of Atelier 212!
