And it happened!
After almost three years of rumors and announcements, the first among us gave in the formation of some kind of movement "for the people and the state" or "state and people", who would remember, and it is not too important.
It is important that Vučić's "rebranding" venture finally started until he and his followers are no longer allowed to go out on the street to avoid getting an egg on the head.
"Rebranding", therefore, is never more necessary and it's a shame that Aleksandar Vučić does not go all the way in this - to rebrand himself as well. Let's say he puts on a fake mustache and hides from the government and tries to live in seclusion in Jajinci.
In this way, it is a belated attempt to distinguish the president, marketing wise of course, from the unloved party, which he has had a higher rating than for a long time.
The people have a nicer expression.
The concept is that there should be no intermediary between the leader and the people. And these previous ones - the parliament, for example - were treated as an obstacle to the direct connection between the people's corps and the leader.
I say, marketing experts call it "rebranding", but people say more beautiful and more accurate - same shit, different packaging.
Vučić invited several professors close to the authorities to the movement for something and something, whose greatest quality is that the general public has no idea about them. They can, so to speak, walk down the street without anyone cursing or throwing eggs at them.
The plans for that movement became more and more modest, so that in the end it would remain a pure escape of Vučić from the party, which he still only needs as a system of cartels to drive people to the polling stations.
Other jobs, say fornicating over every tender, have long been outsourced to a small circle of trusted people. You don't need a party for that.
There is one topic in Serbia
If anything concrete will be born from that movement, it might be some sort of expert government, or at least a mandate. Because time is running out, and Vučić is not allowed to participate in the elections.
Otherwise, that movement will remain a three-day miracle, as well as about supposedly cheap apartments for students, obtaining a credit rating and similar smokescreens through which Vučić's biggest problem continues to emerge - never stronger.
The rebellion, which grew from a student rebellion into a general one, tells Vučić what he has been saying about the opposition for years - the people will not want him. In one package or another, anyway.
After all, the only current packages are those of ten or twenty eggs.
