Today, Mogherini is suspected of corruption from 2021/22. while she was the head of the College of Europe. Because of this, she was detained and interrogated for ten hours in Belgium.
"I have full confidence in the judicial system and I am convinced that the actions of the College will be checked," Mogherini said after leaving the European Public Prosecutor's Office. "Of course, I will cooperate fully with the authorities."

On the other side of Europe, he was heard in the Public Prosecutor's Office for organized crime Nikola Selakovic, the current Minister of Culture of Serbia. He is suspected of two crimes - abuse of official position and forgery of an official document.
This current and former minister of everything told the prosecutors that he would personally arrest them. At first, he did not respond to TOK's call because he had "smarter things to do", and then he came twice in front of the building where the prosecutors are sitting and caused a public scandal by threatening and insulting them for the regime's cameras.
"They are not just an organized crime group, they are an autoimmune disease in Serbia", Selaković honored TOK after he was finally heard.

Where does all this lead?
It does not occur to Selaković to cooperate with prosecutors like Mogherini. Why would it? He is in the progressive government, everything is possible for him. Even if he doesn't give a damn about the justice system and laws.
As if driving a bulldozer in a state of significantly reduced sanity, Selaković hisses, plowing through the last remnants of the constitutional order of the Republic of Serbia. However, there is one but...
Declaring that he is not the real target of TOK but Vučić, Selaković alluded to the American anti-mafia RICO law. Simplified - it is not required that someone directly participated in criminal acts, but that he was at the head of the organization that committed them.
And since Vučić is the alpha and omega of the progressive regime, it is easy to draw a logical sequence in the General Staff affair - it was not Selaković who did what TOK accuses him of. On the contrary, the head of state and the entire Ćacileda repeatedly demanded the adoption of a lex specialis related to the alienation and gifting of the General Staff.

In all likelihood, Selaković's performances gave Vučić a new headache. Now more than ever, he must be afraid of every corrupt person from his own ranks. All of them were just carrying out the president's orders. And haven't they repeated it so many times?
It is clear to the progressives - either lawlessness or their downfall. At the same time, it is also clear to the citizens of Serbia - either the fall of the regime and the application of the law or the collapse of the state.
