The prosecution would like to imprison twelve people because they are supposedly attacked the constitutional order Republic of Serbia. The maximum sentence is being sought - and that can be at least five years for that scumbag from the indictment!
Everything is so wrong there that one does not know where to start.
First, it would be a world premiere if someone was subverting the state by chatting and writing about breaking into the assembly, although there is no evidence that he actually planned such a thing, nor that the "conspirators" have the resources and capabilities to carry out such a thing.
We knew until now that the first among us is a brave, but fragile little flower whom any scumbag can supposedly kill, but he doesn't care, he goes with his chest to the bayonet in defense of Serbia.
Now, here we are, we know that the whole country is as fragile as crystal glasses and that some twelve people, from some small room in Novi Sad, can bring down the Republic by chatting.
What the hell is the order?
Six mostly young politicians and activists are in "custody", and six are "on the run".
And that's where everything is upside down. "Detention" is in fact a two-month prison term without a verdict - there is no reason for these people to be eaten by bedbugs, while some are free who are accused of crushing people under the canopy or, for example, Milan Radoičić, a terrorist-businessman close to the regime.
And "escape" is not a real escape either, but an escape from repression.
But the most wrong in the whole thing is the prosecution's claim that someone would destroy the constitutional order. Namely, Serbia has not had a constitutional order for a long time. He was overthrown in broad daylight by the regime of Aleksandar Vučić.
Serbia does not have an independent judiciary, the Serbian president is in extra-constitutional offside every morning, noon and night, he is handing over Kosovo in violation of the Constitution. The regime destroyed the state budget, abolished free elections.
But the prosecutors who support the regime so much that they have merged with it and that one day they too will have to go to Zabel do not see that.
Revenge on everyone
The thing is this - about twelve people were having a conversation like the one in Serbia at every celebration and in front of every drag shop. That this regime somehow needs to be chased away, even with a shit stick, because it refuses to leave after fair elections. Yes, it should somehow vomit constitutional order.
Someone illegally eavesdropped on them and now it has turned into a state affair.
Why would the regime make an elephant out of a mosquito? Because he thinks it pays off. That this move will scare people more than it will mobilize them into the student and popular resistance movement.
Vučić explicitly announced retaliation. It happens every day. Teachers are without salaries. The police in Novi Sad broke the heads of young people. These twelve should be flaying prisoners. And so on.
There will be more. If the resistance subsides, the regime will shine one man at a time. Vučić will never forget or forgive anyone these days when it was convincingly proven to him that the people did not want him.
