BIA Director Vladimir Orlić was loud and clear. At the session of the Parliamentary Committee on Security, dead man said that the sound cannon "was not photographed, filmed, documented in any way by anyone. And when I say no one, I also mean members of the security forces who were naturally present in large numbers on the streets". And then Marinika Tepić showed him just that - a sound cannon on a jeep near the National Assembly.
And now what? Orlić's job includes lying, but not the state of Serbia through members of the parliamentary committee. It is not known what is worse - the false statement of the BIA director or the inability of this agency to report it accurately. In a normal state, Orlić would have signed his resignation right away, without any justification or explanation.
I served in the old cadre - artillery
The director of the BIA is not the only "artilleryman". After the use of illegal acoustic weapons, cannon strikes of a different kind followed.
Vučić himself pulled the first rope attached to the trigger. Having said that professors who "do nothing and participate in protests and blockades" will receive potatoes, that's exactly what happened. University employees were simply and illegally not paid the second part of their February salary.
The next grenade was inserted into the barrel by Slavica Đukić Dejanović. The resigned minister of education asks the dean to snitch on students and professors by punishing them for participating in the blockades. Something else is also clear from her unsolicited letter. And that is that he expects the deans - despite the University's autonomy - to include the police in everything.
If this was a letter from the occupying power, it would be understandable. In this way, one has to wonder what kind of people lead the country.
Alarm siren
Shells are falling in all directions. Activists are detained and intimidated for participating in protests, some professors have their car tires punctured, and in Novi Sad, members of the PSG local committee and the Stav group are being held in custody after a casual chat in a pub... Regarding the latter, an important note - Orlić's operatives are not capable of detecting a sound cannon on a police vehicle, but they can sound the premises of a parliamentary political party. An affair - but what.
The regime does not cause a general danger only in Serbia. With his PR visit, Vučić also put Macedonian citizens in danger for treatment in Belgrade, after the tragedy in Kočani. Indeed, how could anyone think of going around and touching severely burned patients followed by a crowd of reporters and cameramen? Well, those unfortunate people have to lie in sterile conditions that often exclude family visits...
That's why Laibach's rendition of the old hit "Bijeli Dugmet" perfectly depicts the government in Serbia. They really bought themselves a cannon and, as Ratko Mladić would say, they are "making sense" in all directions. It's not like yesterday, but never like this. This means that the progressive regime has become a serious and dangerous security risk for all citizens of the Republic of Serbia. That's how it should be treated.
