Has she ever called you on the phone – Serbia? It rings, you look at the screen and it says that none other than the Motherland is calling. It hasn't happened to me yet.
But that's where the progressives are in a frenzied campaign in the media. The first video shows the president Aleksandar Vučić how he's on the phone, and it says to people on the screen that he's calling them - Serbia!
Further, a gallery of mediocre actors, athletes and public figures of dubious morals are lining up to call for a big rally on Saturday (April 12). Because Serbia is calling!
The make-up videos are in crazy contrast with the carts with which people across Serbia are herded onto buses to Belgrade. The world will gather there and there is no doubt that the regime media will lie that it is a bigger gathering than the one on March 15.
I'm pretty sure that Serbia doesn't need all that at all, but Vučić does. That's why he, disguised as Serbia, calls the meeting with a powerful sound device (LRAD, "a little stronger megaphone").
Preparing for retaliation
Who authorized the president to present himself as our motherland itself? So he authorized himself.
Eno said that he himself broke into the shock room of the Clinical Center and led a suite of ten cursed cameramen to "visit" the people who were terribly burnt in the fire in Kočani. No one let him in there, he went in alone!
Every tractor with which Pionirski Park was dangerous, a piece of Belgrade placed outside the constitutional order, was personally brought by the president and left there. He said so in an act of hysterical cynicism.
Even before, the president and his staff presented all criticism and state problems as personal inconveniences for the president (and his family). But now they turned it down to 160 decibels.
Beneath that propaganda, the regime is carrying out retaliation and will only carry out it if it senses that a powerful, historic wave of protests is about to subside. People are left without wages, threatened with actions, arrested and expelled from the country.
Time is running out.
On the other hand, we are still feeling the ground whether it is possible to ask for some kind of transitional government, whether it is called "expert" or not. The ritual separation of students from everyone and everything is still in force.
It's already late. The rebellion has been going on for five months and time is a factor as people burn out. Or they simply cannot, like teachers, live without a salary.
The demonstrative bypassing of Vučić was convenient for igniting the rebellion. But excuses like "the subject institution" and "you are not competent" have long since been condensed.
He, Vučić, himself says that he is responsible for everything and that he does not allow anyone to do his job - from the prosecutor to the doctor on duty at the Emergency Center. He is also responsible for tractors.
If Serbia was an organism, and if it could really call someone, I guess it would call everyone to oppose it. The only question is whether anyone will listen. And is there a willingness to swallow vanities and intermediate rooms.
It is possible that the rebellious people still have a little time left, one more chance, to unite around the only meaningful demand - that the government leave. To be replaced in free and fair elections. Before that, the conditions for such elections should be created.
If it doesn't happen, this rebellion will only be a memory and hope that people have at least gotten rid of their fear. But the crazy regime will remain to honor all those who rocked it.
