That is why I suggest that comrades find a way to remove Stalin from that position," wrote Lenin exactly 100 years ago. His comrades did not listen to him and history took a completely different course. Communism turned into Stalinism
One hundred years ago, in 1922, Vladimir Ilyich Ulyanov Lenin wrote two notes to the leadership of the Communist Party after his first stroke. Although he did not call them that, they were later referred to as "Lenin's Testament". Comrade Lenin wrote at the time, it would be appropriate to choose a person who will be the leader not only of the USSR, but also of the world revolution.
"Friend" Stalin in his capacity as General Secretary (of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of the Soviet Union) has concentrated immense power in his hands, and I am not convinced that he will always use it carefully enough", wrote Lenin. "On the other hand, Comrade Trotsky is distinguished by extraordinary abilities... He may be the most capable man in the current Central Committee, but he is a man who is too self-conscious and has an excessive inclination for purely administrative measures."

In another note, which he wrote a little later, it says: "Stalin is too inconsiderate, so if this mistake is tolerable in terms of relations between us communists, it is intolerable in the General Secretary's office." That is why I suggest that the comrades find a way to remove Stalin from that position."
His comrades did not listen to him.
How Comrade Dzhugashvili got rid of Comrade Bronstein
Lenin died in 1924, after which Stalin, who had been the head of the Central Committee of the CPSU since 1922, began to assume a leading role in Soviet politics, marginalizing not only political opponents, but also any potential competition.
The definitive decision about the leader of the Soviets and the proletarians of all countries was made on October 12, 1937 - on that day, the Georgian Yosif Vissarionovich Dzhugashvili, better known as Stalin, excluded the Ukrainian Yevrejin Lev Davidovich Bronstein, better known as Trotsky, from the party, and thus the state leadership of the USSR.

So it happened that, because other comrades did not listen to Comrade Lenin, Communism, the beautiful idea of equality and equality formulated by the German Jew Karl Marx and the German Friedrich Engels in the 19th century, turned into Stalinism, which lasted over three decades.
Is there anything instructive in all of this for today's Serbia?
"Down with Serbia!"
Walking through Vienna some 25 years ago I came across a nice little park called In the Crimea In Crimea. I loved sitting there. Austrian writer Milo DorMilutin Doroslovac, a citizen of Belgrade and former resident of Skoja, warned me that Leon Trotsky lived there for a while, on Rodlergasse Street. Then I bought his autobiography "My Life" and indeed - Trotsky describes that from 1907 to 1914, after escaping from exile in Siberia, he spent most of his time with his family in Vienna.
He often moved to the capital of Austria-Hungary, including to the part of the city where the aforementioned park and street are located, because during the fall and winter, the villas-summer houses of the rich stood empty there, so the rents were very low, and Trotsky barely fed his family.
He also describes how in the center of Vienna on August 2, 1914, he ran into demonstrators who were wildly shouting "Down with Serbia!"
Trotsky knew Serbia quite well. Sheet Kievskaya Mysl sent him to Belgrade as a war correspondent during the First Balkan War in 1912. Then he made several friends among the Serbian officers. In Belgrade, with a lot of effort, he got permission to go to the newly liberated areas, he wrote reports from Nis, Vranje and Skopje about the terrible bloodshed, real massacres between the Serbian and Albanian population.
The Serbian hand ended up with Trotsky's head. The controversial Mustafa Golubić, as a Soviet intelligence officer, organized his murder on Stalin's orders, and hired a certain Ramon Mercade as the executor.
About Golubić, member Black hands, there has been a lot of writing in our country lately, his character appears in several television productions, there is speculation about his suffering in Belgrade, where he was arrested and tortured to death by the Gestapo.
Golubić knew the writer, Spanish fighter and participant in the national liberation struggle Rodoljub Čolaković from his youth, he called him Mujke. Mujke personally took him to Stalin, and Stalin's entourage knew him so well that they didn't even have to get identification
Order 00447
Today's President of Russia, Vladimir Putin, spoke negatively about Lenin on several occasions. He particularly criticized him for concluding a peace treaty with the Germans in Brest-Litovsk at the end of the First World War, he felt that he was humiliating for the Russian people.
He also attributed to Lenin that he "invented" Ukraine. Unlike him, he glorified Stalin as the creator of the rise of the Soviet Union into a world power and as the victor in the Second World War.
Order 00447, signed by the commissar of internal affairs Nikolai Yezhov, was the beginning of Stalin's "final solution to the problem of internal enemies". Hundreds of thousands of people were killed, and Yezhov himself became a victim. Interestingly, Hitler's regime used the same phrase about the "final solution of the Jewish question" when it made the official decision on genocide.
Putin never denied what happened during the time that some historians call "the great terror", but he emphasized that Russia must not feel guilty about it - the achievements achieved thanks to Stalin are much more important. I guess he also thinks that his re-establishment of Russia into a world power is historically far more important than some bloodshed in Ukraine.
The President of Serbia, Aleksandar Vučić, likes to quote great thinkers, so if we transfer everything described to our sad situation, let's remind of Hegel's thought that historical facts appear twice: the first time as a tragedy, and the second time as a farce. Will Vučić sign the agreement for Kosovo to become a member of the UN, like Lenin's peace in Brest-Litovsk?
It's true that Vučić doesn't like Lenin, but Putin, I don't know if he made a statement about Trotsky and Stalin, but there would be some parallels about crude historical jokes, which are not funny to live in the middle of.

The Republic Election Commission (REC) made a decision today on determining the final number of voters in Serbia

A citizen of Belgrade whose polling station in Banja Luka was changed in the voter list without his knowledge claims that the Ministry did not correct his data and that the deadlines have expired. The elections are on October 25 and he still doesn't know where he will vote.

The pardon procedure implies the appropriate role of the Minister of Justice, who should initiate the procedure or submit an opinion on the pardon, says prosecutor Radovan Lazić.
Phone numbers 064 876 85 05 and 011 2068 100 will be available 24/7 for reports and addresses to citizens, and the possibility of direct addresses at the premises of the Protector of Citizens is also provided.

NUNS demands an urgent investigation due to the threats sent to two Radar journalists who wrote about the Sky correspondence in which Aleksandar Vučić is mentioned. The association states that the threats also mention violence against children of journalists and warns of impunity
