British actor Patrick Murray, known for his role as Mickey Pierce in the legendary series "Husbands" (Only Fools and Horses), died at the age of 68, according to British media.
Mari fought with lung cancer, which returned in 2023 and spread to his legs and pelvis, writes the British tabloid Mirror, which reports a statement published on a fan page dedicated to the Mućka series:
"It is with sincere sadness that we share the news of the passing of our friend Patrick Mario - Mickey Pierce to many. He was a regular at our conventions and we will miss his humor and the joy he brought to so many."
On the X Network, a podcast devoted to the series Mentions wrote: "This never gets any easier... Rest in peace, Patrick Marie. Patrick was a very talented and smart actor with impeccable timing. He really brought Mickey Pierce's character to life with mischievous charm."
Patrick Murray played Mickey Pierce in 20 episodes of Men during its 22 year run, from 1983 to 2003, and like main character Del Boy, he was known for smuggling goods from the black market.
He was best known for his exaggerated claims of business success and relationships with women, and often took advantage of Rodney's inexperience in business.
