The largest part of the money for the preparatory works for "Expo 2027"that is, more than 10,6 billion dinars are directed to preparatory works and piling for seven exhibition halls, it says Forbes Serbia.
As much as nine billion dinars was estimated for the performance of works on "terrain clearing, humus removal, subsoil treatment" and construction of the construction site road. Another 1,6 billion dinars were estimated for the works of "foundation on piles" for seven halls and the building named Green Totem.
In terms of value, the preparatory works for the construction of parking lots 1, 2 and 3, whose estimated figure is 1,44 billion dinars without tax, are in second place. Neymar has a year to complete that work, and it is about the parking lots that will be located next to the National Stadium.
The preparatory work for the construction of the construction site will cost slightly less than one billion, or more precisely 913 million dinars without VAT. In this procedure, the investor was initially refused a permit, because in addition to the preparatory works, he wanted to include the actual construction of the mentioned plateau as well as the camp for the technical staff, but this was not allowed.
Preparatory works for the so-called parking lot 4 will cost 746,6 million dinars without VAT. This parking lot is also part of the National Stadium complex. On May 20, the investor received a confirmation for the work application and now has six months to complete the work.
The value of the preparatory work started on the construction of roads that will cross the Expo area is the lowest. Work on them officially began at the end of March. Preparations for the construction of the so-called the Nova 4 road will cost RSD 596,6 million without tax.
And finally, in March, the application for the preparatory works for the construction of the part of the road named Nova 3 was accepted. The deadline for completion is six months, and the value of the works is 321,6 million dinars without VAT.
