The founding decision stipulates that "Sava Properties 2026" can be registered as the sole owner of real estate with the Republic Geodetic Institute, without the additional presence of the founder and special consent.
The bodies of the company are the Assembly and the director. The function of the Assembly is performed by the Republic of Serbia through a maximum of three authorized representatives, while Marina Matić was appointed as the director.
The decision to establish the company was made on July 30, 2026.
