SEBRE and STRABAG companies they signed on Wednesday (June 18) at the Czech Embassy in Belgrade, the contract for the construction of the first phase of an exclusive residential and business complex Marina Dorcol, reports the Danas portal.
Completion of the works is expected in the third quarter of 2028, and the total value of the project is estimated at 390 million euros, it was said at the ceremony.
The first phase of the project includes the construction of 263 luxury apartments, business premises with a total area of 5.000 square meters, and special emphasis is placed on the area of public spaces and the extension of the promenade by the Danube.
Ambassador of the Czech Republic, Jan Bondi, pointed out that this is one of the largest investments and joint ventures of companies from the European Union in Belgrade.
"I believe that this cooperation will open a new chapter in the urban development of Belgrade that combines history and future, private space and public interest, as well as local values with European standards," said Bondi.

Director of STRABAG Vojin Zajić said that the project is a "brave vision of the future".
As he said, they believe in three pillars - people, planet and progress and added: "Everything we do is dedicated to sustainability."
Director of the SEBRA company Tomas Klima said that Marina Dorćol is a project that redefines life by the river, and the partnership with the STRABAG company confirms that this vision will be translated into a construction project of the highest quality.
