The Serbian company "Aman doo" from Belgrade became 100 percent owner shares in the company "PTP DIS doo" from Krnjevo, it was confirmed from these two companies.
With this acquisition, as they emphasized, the largest domestic company was created trade chain, with more than 5.000 employees and an annual turnover of more than 600 million euros, writes Danas.
As it is recalled, during 35 years of operation on the Serbian market, "Aman doo" has taken over trading systems: Linija Vandini, SOS Marketi, Višnjica Dućani, Sreten Gudrić Marketi Užice, Interex, Samald Komerc Novi Pazar, Orion Leskovac, Alfa Jagodina and Prehrana Sombor.
