First college enrollment deadline University in Belgrade for the school year 2026/27. year was successfully completed and according to the preliminary report, 11.687 students were enrolled, which is an increase of 703 student more than last school year, the press service of the University announced today.
The number of enrolled students in the first enrollment period is the highest in the last three years, it was stated in the announcement.
Of the students enrolled in the first period, 7.812 were entitled to funding from the budget, while 3.875 have the status of self-financing students.
Enrollment places are filled in all study programs of the Faculty of Architecture, Faculty of Political Sciences, Faculty of Special Education and Rehabilitation, and Faculty of Sports and Physical Education.
In 30 study programs, all places were filled in the first enrollment period, in eight study programs all budget places were filled, and there are still places for self-financing students.
Candidates showed the greatest interest this year in the Psychology study program at the Faculty of Philosophy, where 556 candidates applied for 116 places, and great interest was also recorded in the Speech Therapy program at the Faculty of Special Education and Rehabilitation, for which 225 applications were submitted for 50 places.
According to the University, the trend of lower interest in teaching study programs continued this school year.
