Freedom of thought and expression is by the Constitution guaranteed category established by Article 46 which states: "Freedom of thought and expression is guaranteed, as well as the freedom to seek, receive and disseminate information and ideas through speech, writing, images or in any other way."
However, the Constitution provides in the same article that freedom of expression can be limited by law, if it is necessary to protect the rights and reputation of others, preserve the authority and impartiality of the court and protect public health, morals of a democratic society and national security of the Republic of Serbia.
The Constitution certainly does not mean lying every hour, promoting hate speech, causing panic, inciting confrontations, slander and insults under freedom of speech.
In the previous years, Informer was a place where students and citizens were called tens of thousands of times "Utash", "terrorists" and "traitors". In the live program, the editor-in-chief Dragan J.
