Protesting farmers' associations they started at 10 a.m. total, around 80 highways blocked for several hours, regional and local roads in Serbia, due to the poor state of agriculture, which they assess as - catastrophic.
In Smederevska Palanka, there is a reporter from N1 who confirmed that the police are issuing fines to farmers at roadblocks.
"The farmers who previously blocked the road to Topola, and today came near the city center, ten of them received a written or oral invitation to come to the police station for an informational interview at eight o'clock," said the reporter, reports Nova.
The Ibarska highway in the village of Mrčajevci near Čačak (which started on February 11), the roads in the towns of Bogatić, Zavalka, Lunovo selo, Cerovac, the intersection in Bresnica, the highway Kragujevac-Gornji Milanovac and the exit to Račanski road will still be in total blockade of 24 hours.
Where will all the blockades take place?
Farmers will block the road in the town of Kisač, the M7 highway, the point at the exit from Kikinda and the Kikinda - Zrenjanin road from 10:00 am.
From 10 a.m. to 12 p.m., the old road Čačak-Kraljevo, the center in Gruža, the roads in Mali Zvornik and Obrenovac and the main road Obrenovac-Ub will be blocked, and the regional road Požarevac-Majdanpek and the road Požarevac-Kladovo will be blocked from 10 a.m. to 12 p.m. and from 13 p.m. to 15 p.m.
From 10 a.m. to 14 p.m., the road Novi Sad-Subotica, the main road Zrenjanin-Novi Sad near the town of Aradac and Takovo-Gornji Milanovac will be blocked.
From 10 a.m. to 15 p.m., the main road Belgrade-Zrenjanin near Čenta and the road Zrenjanin-Žitiste in the town of Klek, the road in the town of Vladimirovci, as well as the center in Smederevska Palanka will be blocked.
Farmers will block the Šabac-Loznica, Valjevo-Bela Crkva, Novo Selo and main road Loznica-Šabac intersections from 10 a.m. to 16 p.m.
From 11 a.m. until further notice, the Kragujevac-Kraljevo and Kragujevac-Čačak roads will be blocked.
From 11 a.m. to 16 p.m., roads will be blocked in the towns of Kuzmin, Kumane, Ruma, Čenej, Nova Crnja, Krčedin, Čelarevo, Bašaid, Stara Pazova, Padina, Vlajkovac, Tovarište, Vilovo, Bački Petrovac, the center and the crossroads in Srbobran, the roads Drenovac-Šabac, Šabac-Mačvanska Mitrovica, Mladenovac-Drapšin, the road to Belgrade.
The Valjevo-Pricevic road will be blocked from 11 a.m. to 18 p.m.
The blockade of the main road Belgrade-Pančevo-Temišvar and roads in Zaklopača, Vitanovac, the road Sremska Mitrovica - Bogatić, roads in the towns of Klenj, Badovinci, Salaš Crnobarski, Banovo polje, Ravnje, Resnik-Kragujevac will begin at 12:00 and will continue until further notice.
The road in Gornja Sabanta will be blocked from 12:00 to 16:00.
From 13 p.m., roads will be blocked in the town of Susek, the intersection of Novi Sad-Sremska Mitrovica-border with Croatia.

Interruption of the dialogue with the Minister of Agriculture
The protesting farmers' associations announced today that they are ending all dialogue with the Minister of Agriculture, Dragan Glamočić, because of, as they stated, a series of his inaccurate and insulting statements about farmers.
"From the claims that the earnings per cow are 4.000 euros, that the producers are 'drunk millionaires' who 'wear Rolex watches', to the question of why we are engaged in this business if it is allegedly not paying us, and that we are young and can find another job, as well as accusations that we are politicians - we consider it beneath our dignity to continue any dialogue with such a minister," the statement said.
The protesting farmers stated that Minister Glamočić publicly stated that he fulfilled "four out of six points", although they submitted a total of four demands, with which the minister "additionally tried to deceive the public and humiliate primary agricultural production in Serbia".
"We particularly condemn the minister's attempts to present, through the formation of false associations and the involvement of some illegitimate individuals, that he is allegedly holding talks with farmers, thereby misleading the public and openly insulting real producers," the statement said.
They added that "farmers are people who protect honor, morality and dignity" and that is why they refuse to participate in "farces and manipulations that humiliate their work, struggle and their existence".
"Due to all the uttered untruths, manipulations and insults at the expense of farmers, we turn to the Government of Serbia and Prime Minister Đur Matsut with a clear question - does the Government support this kind of work by the Ministry of Agriculture and the Minister", stated the protesting farmers.
They expect the Government to make an "urgent and unequivocal declaration", so that they know what further steps to take to protect their dignity, work and future.

Milk producers sent a letter to the Cabinet of the Prime Minister of Serbia and the Government
A member of the Association of Milk Producers of Šumadija and Pomoravlje, Predrag Veljković, told FoNet that the producers sent a letter to the cabinet of Serbian Prime Minister Đura Macuta and the Government of Serbia to express their opinion on the behavior and attitudes of the Minister of Agriculture, Dragan Glamočić, who "manipulates and insults" farmers during protests.
The minister is manipulating the requests, he is talking about six requests, and we only have four. He said two days ago that they fulfilled two demands, two more yesterday, and he is negotiating with fictitious associations, people who are not in agriculture, but are employed in the public sector, claims Veljković.
He stated that the farmers are asking the Government to state its position on the behavior of the Minister of Agriculture, adding that no deadline has been set for an answer, but that they hope it can be tonight or tomorrow morning.
Veljković adds that today the blockades continue in the same scope, while in some places there will be a break, or there will be a total blockade in places where there were partial ones.
Speaking about punishments for farmers, Veljković states that there was a case in Zaklopača, near Kraljevo, when a man was given a punishment, so they immediately called the police and the commander apologized, with the excuse that it was a young colleague who wrote the punishment and personally tore it up in front of everyone.
On Tuesday evening, all the farmers at the blockade in Smederevska Palanka received invitations to report to the police station this morning at 8:00 a.m. and that was a strong pressure because they came to people's houses at night, Veljković said.
