Seven new Internet portals appeared in the Media Register of the Agency for Commercial Registers on Wednesday, February 4. All of them are owned by Zaple Media Group from Novi Sad, and Gradimir Banković is the editor-in-chief of all of them, writes Association of Independent Electronic Media. The company was founded on December 11, 2025.
In addition to these seven, ANEM discovered that three local media outlets of this company were registered on January 9 of this year, less than a month after their establishment, and they are also run by the same man - Gradimir Banković.
On TV Happy in 2023, he participated in the show code Milomir Marić and talked about "who plans color revolution in Serbia and advocates incorrect theses that can collapse the state order".
Before that, he was also a guest on Informer, and he was often called from the morning program of Radio Television of Vojvodina. Mostly he dealt with current topics - Rio Tinto, protests, corona, but always from a state-acceptable point of view. He defended the importance of lithium, and it was very important to him that "those who block railways and roads also hear what the profession says".
He also defended Viktor Orbán in the conflict with the European Union.
"You have leaders like Viktor Orbán who fight for peace and bureaucrats in the EU who don't want it. Orbán calls for peace with common sense, as does our president and Donald Trump, as well as the Chinese president. On the other hand, we have a political caste that advocates chaos and arms sales," is Banković's opinion on foreign policy.
Associate without resume and phone number
Gradimir Banković, by the way, has been a guest in the media in recent years and analyzes the social and political situation in the country as a representative of the Center for Social Stability, on whose website he is listed as a "collaborator".
However, the field called "biography" next to Banković's name remained empty. Many other numerous collaborators of this Center have submitted what they have been doing in their lives so far.
According to information available on APR, the company Zaple Media Group attached the address of the apartment in Novi Sad, but not the phone number. There is no contact even on the available white pages.
There is an email address, to which "Vreme" has written on several occasions, but the answer has not yet arrived.
Before, now, sometime, after...
New portals have specific names.
As many as four are related to a certain time frame, namely, on the same day, the portals "Nekad i sad" whose content is dedicated to capital projects in Serbia, as well as media with similar names "Nekad i sad info", "Before i posle info" and "Before-and-after", which are not available for now, were registered.
In addition to these four, on February 4, Zaple Media Group officially entered the Internet media Stara Pazova live, Nova Pazova live and Podunavlje info into the register. Before that, Serbia in the East, Palanačke vesti and Glas Aranđelovac were registered in January. These are portals that cover local news in cities in eastern Serbia, Smederevska Palanka and Arandjelovac.

What is the Center for Social Stability?
The Center for Social Stability was created in 2004.
"Throughout our existence, we have advocated for promoting tolerance in public dialogue, strengthening awareness of the necessity of democracy as a political and social value system, and proposing new solutions that would improve civil society, on patriotic grounds," they write about themselves and call themselves "young intellectuals and enthusiasts."
In practice, the Center for Social Stability is an NGO run by Vučić himself praised with all their mouths as "true Serbian patriots", and during the summer they were in charge of reporting anti-blockade rallies throughout Serbia.
In addition to praising her, the membership of this organization includes some of them. In recent months, this Center has produced several documentaries against student and civil protests, and in recent weeks it has stood behind the organization blockade against blockade - attended by supporters of the Serbian Progressive Party, sympathizers and government representatives. They are behind the films and mini-documentary series "Time of terror", "(De)blockade", "Dossie Vojvodina", "Evil Age". All these "achievements", broadcast on some televisions, directly target the students in the blockade, as well as certain media that criticize the government.
Among the collaborators is Nemanja Starović, current Minister for European Integration. Representatives of the Center for Social Stability are frequent guests of television with national coverage, as well as Informer television.
One of them is Nebojša Obrknežev. On Informer, Obrknezhev was signed on several occasions as a representative of the Russian Party, an analyst, but also a master of oil and gas engineering - when, for example, lithium is discussed as "perhaps the biggest chance we have."
The spokesman for the Center for Social Stability is Predrag Rajić, who was elected as a member of parliament from the "Aleksandar Vučić - For Our Children" list in the 2020 parliamentary elections, and in 2024 was appointed as an adviser for internal policy to the Prime Minister of Serbia, Miloš Vučević.
Anti-blockade organizers
When on Wednesday, August 20, in 49 places in Serbia gathered by those who oppose the student and civil protests, the Informer television heard exclusive information that the Center for Social Stability was behind the gatherings. Although the gatherings of the Serbian Progressive Party were initially announced, the state president and leader of this party, Aleksandar Vučić, denied that information, and Dragan J. Vučićević quickly used the program to "discover" who is behind the blockades against the blockades.
The same center also called for congress of progressives organized in April 2025 in Belgrade.
In the Statute, they state that the funds are obtained "exclusively from donations, grants, gifts, sponsorships, voluntary contributions and by bidding for projects". On the CDZS website in the "About us" section, there is no transparent information on who the donors are or where the Center applied for funds and for which projects, Istinomer writes.
