The owners of at least seven buildings on the lake Gas pipelines central authorities in Pristina submitted a request to release the property within 10 days, claiming that the facilities were allegedly built without approval and on other people's property, Radio Television of Serbia (RTS) reported.
The requests were sent by the Pristina Ministry of Agriculture, Forestry and Rural Development, and they refer to the facilities in the part of the lake called "Međedi potok", on the opposite side of the shore where 16 cottages and the "Jezero" motel were previously demolished.
The facilities to which the new demands refer were sealed and cordoned off on July 23, by order of the Ministry.
One of the requests states that the buildings were built without approval on the property of the Ministry of Agriculture, and that the owners are obliged to release the public property within 10 days of receiving the decision.
The supervision of the implementation of the decision, as stated, will be carried out by the inspectors of the Department of Forestry and Hunting Inspection.
"If necessary, monitoring and providing assistance will be performed by the Kosovo police at the request of the Ministry," it added.
In the explanation of the decision, it is also stated that at least one of the owners turned to the inspectorate and submitted documentation which, as he claims, proves that he concluded a contract with the company "Srbijašume".
If the owners do not act according to the decision, it is announced that court proceedings will be initiated, it was stated in the order.
On Lake Gazivode, 17 buildings have been demolished so far by order of the "Ibar-Lepenac" company. At the same time, for several buildings in the villages of Kovače and Rezala, the deadline for their "urgent release" expires next week, also by order of "Ibar-Lepenca".
Meanwhile, the owners of other facilities on the lake are trying to prove the right to use and ownership of the property with documentation.
Yesterday, the first hearing was held in the Basic Court in the southern part of Kosovska Mitrovica in the proceedings initiated by the owners of the "Jezero" motel against the director of "Ibar-Lepenc", Faruk Mujka.
The legal representative of the hotel owner announced that he will insist on compensation in further court proceedings.
