Police Department Montenegro announced on Tuesday that it is taking intensive operational-tactical measures and actions in order to find two citizens of Serbia suspected of murder Darko Vesković Prika in Belgrade on June 22, who are suspected of being illegally transferred to Montenegro.
In a statement, the Administration stated that it is believed that three people from Rožaj, who were arrested in that city, helped the two citizens of Serbia illegally cross the border, reports RTCG.
Ordered the issuance of an international warrant for the murder of Darko Vesković
The police administration appeals to citizens, in order to successfully locate suspects, to provide all information and knowledge that may be of importance for finding them.
"At the same time, we remind you that these are perpetrators of serious crimes and that any conscious concealment of information about the movement or stay of a suspect, as well as providing assistance in the form of accommodation, hiding or enabling the evasion of prosecution authorities, may constitute the criminal offense of assisting the perpetrator after the crime has been committed and entails legal responsibility," the statement said.
Darko Vesović Prika was killed in a shooting in a cafe in Kumodraz
The Montenegrin police announced earlier today that they had arrested three members of a criminal group that, as is suspected, enabled the suspects for Vesković's murder to hide and escape.
Ernes Nokić (45), Haris Mujević (26) and Aldin Mujević (34) from Rožaj were arrested.
