Dušan Vidić, brother of the famous football player Nemanja Vidic, was found dead, they write tabloids.
Apart from that, no details about his death are known, the family did not advertise.
Tabloids emphasize that little is known about Dušan Vidić because his brother Nemanja "never talked much" about him in public.
According to some tabloids, Dušan Vidić trained with his brother in the local club football club "Jedinstvo" from Užice, but he gave up his football career early.
In his rich career, Nemanja Vidić played for Red Star, Spartak Moscow, Manchester United and Inter Milan, and for the national team Of Serbia he played 56 games and was its captain.
Nemanja Vidić's candidacy for FSS president
In February 2023, Nemanja Vidić submitted his candidacy for president of the Football Association of Serbia (FSS), and his opponent was Dragan Dzajic.
However, the day before the election, he gave up on the grounds that "at every step it was made clear to him that he would not be supported."
"There are big challenges before our football. A lot of things must and can be better. My idea was and remains to gather a team of top professionals who are able to solve these challenges better than perhaps anyone in Evropi. Unfortunately, at every step of the way to becoming the president of FSS, it was made clear to me that we would not be given that chance. I would like to hereby inform you that I am withdrawing my candidacy for FSS president," Vidić said in a statement.
He assessed that many things must be fixed in Serbian football, and that the mandate for this will be given to the people who created the problems.

"Responsibility for solving the big challenges before us has been taken by the same group of people who created them. I am definitely not optimistic about what they will do with the opportunity they have seized and I think that in four years it will be even more difficult than today," said Nemanja Vidić.
He emphasized that withdrawing the candidacy now does not mean the definitive end of the fight for the welfare of domestic football.
"I believe in my team and our vision, as well as the great help we will receive from our friends from the top of European and world football. What is unfortunately not possible for us to start doing today - my team and I will do, I believe, in the near future. It is not possible now," concluded Vidić.
